º . El régimen aplicable para la toma de posesión y la liquidación forzosa administrativa de las entidades señaladas en el presente decreto será el previsto por el Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, así como en el Decreto 2211 de 2004 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o complementen en lo que sea compatible con la naturaleza de dichos procesos.
