Los que para votar hagan uso de certificado de otro individuo, sufrirán la pena de seis meses a un año de reclusión.

Parágrafo

Los que sirvieren de certificado falso o falsificado, o se sirvieren de certificado que no les corresponde, además de las penas que por falsedad o la falsificación les toque conforme al derecho común, serán condenados a una pena de uno a tres años de presidio.
