El que por medio de violencias o con amenazas de graves peligros para la persona o los bienes, obligue a otro a entregar suscribir o destruir, con perjuicio propio o de un tercero, un documento cualquiera que tiene efectos jurídicos, incurrirá en al pena de dos a siete años de reclusión.
