El Gobierno o sus agentes empleados en la explotación de las minas deberá dar aviso anticipado al Ingeniero de todo envío de piedras al Exterior, para que él verifique el peso, número y la calidad de las mismas, así como toda remesa salida de las minas y de su llegada a Bogotá.
