Además de las funciones contempladas en el artículo 20 de la Ley 64 de 1978, el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura tendrá las siguientes: 1) Dictar su propio reglamento, dentro de los parámetros de la Ley 64 de 1978; 2) otorgar el documento a que hace referencia el artículo 2º de este Decreto, y 3) Confirmar el reglamento interno de los Consejos Seccionales. III. DE LOS CONSEJOS PROFESIONALES SECCIONALES.
