Los dormitorios o celdas deben tener las condiciones necesarias de aseo, higiene, aire, luz y espacio, de acuerdo con las prescripciones que señale o determine el respectivo personal médico. Todo detenido o condenado debe disfrutar por. lo menos de cuatro metros cúbicos de aire en los dormitorios.
