Cuando un texto normativo haga referencia a las dependencias de la Fiscalía que existían antes de la expedición del presente decreto-ley, debe entenderse que se refiere a las dependencias de la estructura organizacional contenida en este decreto, de conformidad con las funciones y competencias a estas asignadas en el presente decreto ley.
