Si las personas a cuyo favor se hubieren decretado los perjuicios civiles no presentaren, dentro de los sesenta días siguientes a la ejecutoria de la sentencia condenatoria, la demanda civil para iniciar el juicio ejecutivo correspondiente, el juez decretará de plano el desembargo de los bienes embargados o secuestrados preventivamente.
