Del Representante Legal. El Gerente, Director Ejecutivo o el Presidente de la Junta Directiva, según se determine en los estatutos, será el representante legal de la asociación y ejecutor de las decisiones de la Asamblea General y de la Junta Directiva. Será nombrado por esta y sus funciones y período serán precisados en los estatutos.
