Autorizar al Instituto Nacional de Vías para invertir, comprometer, ejecutar y ordenar el gasto de los recursos extraordinarios que le sean asignados en el marco del Estado de Emergencia Económica, Social y Ecológica declarado mediante el Decreto número 150 de 2026, con el fin exclusivo de atender, mitigar, rehabilitar y recuperar la infraestructura vial afectada por el fenómeno hidrometeorológico que dio lugar a dicha declaratoria.
