La Administración Postal Nacional, Adpostal, en liquidación, no podrá iniciar nuevas actividades en desarrollo de su objeto social y conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos, celebrar, subrogar los contratos y adelantar las acciones necesarias para su liquidación.
