°. Prohibición de adelantar afiliaciones por entidades no autorizadas. En el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud está prohibido realizar la afiliación individual o colectiva a través de relaciones laborales inexistentes o por entidades que no estén debidamente autorizadas por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social. Esta conducta se tendrá como práctica no autorizada y será investigada y sancionada por las autoridades competentes.

Prohibición De Adelantar Afiliaciones Por Entidades No Autorizadas
Decreto 2353 de 2015 · por el cual se unifican y actualizan las reglas de afiliación al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud, se crea el Sistema de Afiliación Transaccional y se definen los instrumentos para garantizar la continuidad en la afiliación y el goce efectivo del derecho a la salud.
