Es prohibido a los Administradores y empleados de la renta negociar en tabaco. La infracción, de este artículo se castigará con la remoción inmediata del empleo. Esta prohibición no se extiende a la venta de cigarros y cigarrillos en los estancos de licores, la cual puede permitirse a los agentes mediante el cumplimiento da las formalidades legales.
