Artículo quinto. Las validaciones para cursos completos necesitan autorización previa del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, entidad que determinará el colegio, oficial o privado, donde deban verificarse; igualmente podrá disponer que se presenten ante la Inspección Nacional de Bachillerato.
