Art. 9° El Administrador municipal de hacienda será nombrado por el Administrador departamental respectivo, de una terna que presentará el Administrador de Circuito; durará en sus funciones por un periodo de dos años que empezará a contarse del 1° de Mayo próximo á su nombramiento y podrá ser reelegido.

Cuando por cualquiera causa dejare de hacerse el nombramiento de que trata este artículo, el Administrador de Circuito respectivo podrá hacerlo en interinidad.
