Administración: Es la operación en la que el recaudo de la cartera de las libranzas lo realiza el vendedor u originador del crédito o un tercero autorizado por la ley. La administración de cartera de terceros sólo puede hacerse por parte de Patrimonios Autónomos o Fondos de Inversión Colectiva, los cuales deben ser administrados por entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
