Decreto 982 de 1962 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 5º de la Ley 148 de 1961

Artículo cuarto. Para percibir los subsidios de que tratan los artículos anteriores, es requisito indispensable presentar el certificado médico oficial que acredite que el respectivo enfermo se encuentra sometido a control y tratamiento en Sanatorio, Dispensario, Dermatológico, Consultorio Dermatológico u organismo sanitario autorizado. Dichos certificados tendrán una vigencia hasta de seis (6) meses.

Parágrafo

El certificado de que trata el presente artículo sólo se exigirá a partir del 1º de enero de 1963.
