De los productos brutos de la empresa eléctrica municipal se reservará una partida mínima correspondiente al cinco por ciento (5%) de las entradas mensuales a fin de constituir el fondo de reserva destinado a atender las reparaciones y ensanche que ocurran en lo futuro.
