Mecanismo . Los recursos del Fondo serán manejados a través de una entidad Fiduciaria en la modalidad de administración o un mecanismo bancario semejante, seleccionada mediante concurso que garantice una selección objetiva. Los términos y condiciones, del contrato respectivo, serán fijados por la Junta Administrativa y el mismo será suscrito por el Representante Legal del Fondo.
