Vencido el término probatorio previsto, el Presidente del Consejo Profesional Seccional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura, elaborará un proyecto de decisión, el cual se someterá a la consideración de todos los miembros del Consejo, quienes podrán aceptarlo, modificarlo rechazarlo en sesión ordinaria, que se citará para tratar con exclusividad el asunto. Si la mayoría de los miembros del Consejo aprueban el proyecto de ponencia, se firmará, adicionando los salvamentos que se presenten.
