Artículo único. Los Cajeros de los Lazaretos procederán a realizar el cambio del resto de la moneda especial para los mismos, emitida en virtud de los Decretos número 1452 de 1907 y número 272 de 1915, que se halle aún en circulación, y con tal fin podrán hacer giros a cargo de la Tesorería General de la República, exprasando en cada giro el objeto que lo origina.
