Los individuos que fueren elegidos Senadores, Representantes al Congreso o diputados a las Asambleas Departamentales, con el carácter de principales, perderán al comenzar ejercer el cargo, los empleos que tuvieren por nombramiento del Poder Ejecutivo, o de los Gobernadores, o que fueren del Poder Judicial con jurisdicción.
