Fondo Especial. Para los fines del presente título, se entenderá por “Fondo Especial” aquel que será constituido, reglamentado y administrado por el Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior (Icetex) y que, para efectos del traslado, manejo y posterior reintegro de los recursos que reciba, conformará un patrimonio independiente y separado por completo de los demás recursos de propiedad del Icetex o administrados por este, al igual que de los demás derechos y obligaciones del Icetex, estando afecto única y exclusivamente a las finalidades señaladas en la Ley 1777 de 2016.
