Creación de Comités Técnicos. Son Comités Técnicos del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior el Comité de Asuntos Aduaneros, Arancelarios y de Comercio Exterior, y el Comité de Prácticas Comerciales. Los Comités Técnicos tendrán por objeto analizar y formular recomendaciones sobre las materias propias de los mismos y podrán tomar decisiones sobre los temas que en este decreto o en normas posteriores se le asignen.
