Destínase la cantidad de treinta y cinco mil pesos ($ 35.000.00) para contribuir a la obra del ensanchamiento y pavimentación de las calles de la ciudad de Garzón.

Parágrafo

De la cantidad indicada en el inciso anterior, el Municipio de Garzón tomará la suma necesaria para pagar al Departamento Nacional de Higiene lo que adeude como saldo del valor de la tubería suministrada por éste para el acueducto público.
