ARTICULO 11 . Reestructuración. - Al momento de revisar la estructura administrativa y la planta de personal del Instituto, la Junta Directiva tendrá en cuenta el hecho de que se han disminuido sus funciones, lo cual debe traducirse en la reducción del número de servidores y, en general, de los costos de funcionamiento.
