Declárase en vigor definitivo para la República de Colombia, desde el 18 de julio de 1976, el "Acuerdo de Cooperación Sanitaria Entre Colombia y Brasil", suscrito en Bogotá el 10 de marzo de 1972, aprobado por la Ley 3ª De 1975 y efectuado el Canje de los Instrumentos de Ratificación el 18 de junio de 1976.
