Los actos ejecutados en cumplimiento de lo previsto por el artículo 124 del Decreto 2171 de 1992 y los Decretos que lo reglamentan, conservan su vigencia, y en consecuencia, los recursos y las vías inventariadas que a la fecha de expedición de la Ley 188 de 1995, hayan sido entregadas a los departamentos, seguirán a cargo de éstos, al igual que la responsabilidad de su reconstrucción, conservación, mejoramiento y rehabilitación.
