Art. 1°. Desde el día 1° del mes siguiente a aquel en que fuere promulgada en la ciudad de Panamá la presente lei. Tendrán derecho los empleados del Tribunal de justicia del distrito del Istmo a las asignaciones anuales que siguen: cada uno de los Ministros Jueces veinte mil reales; el Fiscal diez i seis mil; el Secretario siete mil; el Oficial cinco mil seiscientos; el Portero mil seiscientos; i el Sirviente ochocientos.
