Además de las multas a que se refiere el artículo 39, literal 2º del Decreto 483 de 1971, fíjase como sanción con cargo a los patronos responsables la suma equivalente a un dos y medio por ciento (2.5%) mensual proporcionalmente por cada día de retardo, sobre el monto total de las cotizaciones patrono-laborales causadas y no pagadas en la fecha de su vencimiento.
