La sanción consistente en la suspensión de que trata el literal d) del artículo 83, sólo podrá ser impuesta por el Tribunal Nacional Etico-Profesional, y en su contra son procedentes los recursos de reposición para ante el mismo Tribunal, dentro de los treinta días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de modificación de la sanción, o el subsidiario de apelación para ante el Ministerio de Salud, dentro del mismo término.
