Las Comisiones de Personal, antes de producir la evaluación de servicios, para efectos de escalafonamiento ascenso de los empleados, darán a conocer a los interésalos las calificaciones a que se refieren los artículos 13 y siguientes del presente Decreto. Si el calificado hiciere objeciones a esa calificación, la Comisión de Personal deberá llegar los elementos de juicio que le sirvan para una equitativa evaluación.
