Para la elaboración y ejecución del plan a que diere lugar el cumplimiento del precepto anterior, podrá el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional crear una comisión técnica anexa al Departamento de Agricultura, determinar su personal, señalarle funciones y fijar las asignaciones correspondientes.
