º. Los Bancos y los demás establecimientos o sociedades de crédito estarán sometidos a la inspección de que trata el artículo 120 de la Constitución, se sujetarán a las prescripciones del Código de Comercio, a las especiales sobre la materia y a las disposiciones de la presente Ley.
