Art. 5.° El Director jeneral dictará i hara fijar en el lugar correspondiente los reglamentos que estime necesarios para llevar al corriente el servicio económico de su oficina, i se le faculta para señalar a cada uno de los oficiales de la Direccion las funciones que espresa el artículo 9.° de la lei de Correos.
