Art. 20. Recibido el expediente por el Prefecto respectivo, este funcionario, oyendo al Agente del Ministerio Público del Circuito, y sin más actuación proferirá auto definitivo en el cual se confirme, reforme ó revoque la sentencia apelada ó consultada.

Parágrafo

Este procedimiento se observará en toda apelación ó consulta, aunque el valor del fraude exceda de $100 oro.
