El Gobierno procederá a gestionar y a contratar con alguna compañía de seguros domiciliada en el país la apertura de una sección de seguros para los reproductores y artículos de cuya importación se trata en la presente Ley, que, una vez establecida dicha sección, imponerse a quienes hayan de introducir dichos artículos, con las excepciones que por la presente Ley se conceden, la obligación de asegurarlos con pólizas de una duración no menor de seis meses.
