Art. 19. Los militares que reclamen pension deben comprobar de una manera clara i precisa la especie de servicios que prestaron, el empleo o cargo que desempeñaron cuando aquello tuvo lugar, la época en que aconteció, los Jefes o cuyas ordenes sirvieron i la invalidez según la define esta lei.
