° Los empleados, y obreros Intendenciales tendrán derecho a una Prima de Navidad liquida en la forma establecida por el artículo 51 del Decreto 1848 de 1969, reglamentario del Decreto 3135 de 1968. Dicha Prima se liquidará con base tanto en el sueldo como en los gastos de representación que tengan los funcionarios.
