Buena Fe Del Representante

En los casos en que la ley prevea un estado de buena fe, de conocimiento o de ignorancia de determinados hechos, deberá tenerse en cuenta la persona del representante, salvo que se trate de circunstancias atinentes al representado.

En ningún caso el representado de mala fe podrá ampararse en la buena fe o en la ignorancia del representante.
