Articulo 7º . En los casos en que el clisé de la marca que se desea registrar exceda de la medida de siete centímetros por lado, fijada en el numeral 3º del inciso 3º del articulo 35 de la prenombrada Ley 31, el interesado pagará un peso ($1) por cada centímetro o fracción de excedencia, bien entendido que si así no lo hiciere no se dará curso a la solicitud, hasta tanto no se haga la consignación del caso.
