Parágrafo

al artículo 121 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, así: “

Parágrafo 2

Las autorizaciones o vistos buenos de carácter sanitario que se requieran como documento soporte de la declaración de importación anticipada, así como los registros o licencias de importación que se deriven de estos vistos buenos, deberán obtenerse previamente a la inspección física o documental o a la determinación de levante automático de las mercancías.”
