° Las cuentas de las Administraciones Generales de Correos y Telégrafos que no hayan sido presentadas a la Inspección General de esos ramos, o que por cualquier motivo hayan sido devueltas a dichas Administraciones, y las que ocurran hasta el día en que entren a funcionar los Tesoreros de aquellas, se rendirán directamente por estas oficinas a la Corte de Cuentas.
