En todo caso para tener derecho a uno o varios de los beneficios de que trata este Decreto, el Comité Operativo para la Dejación de las Armas evaluará y determinará si existe voluntad de reincorporarse a la vida civil y la importancia que para la convivencia ciudadana tiene el otorgamiento de dichos beneficios.
