Sesiones y decisiones. La Mesa Nacional del SNAIS sesionará ordinariamente de forma trimestral, previa convocatoria realizada por la Secretaría Técnica de la Mesa y, de forma extraordinaria, cuando las circunstancias lo ameriten o cuando por solicitud de alguno de sus integrantes se requiera. Para las deliberaciones se requerirá la presencia de la mitad más uno (1) de sus integrantes y las decisiones serán adoptadas por· el voto favorable de la mayoría de los integrantes asistentes a la sesión. De todas las reuniones y decisiones se dejará constancia en acta que será suscrita por el Presidente y la Secretaría Técnica, y deberá contar con la aprobación de los asistentes a dicha sesión.
