Los programas a que se refiere el presente Decreto se transmitirán en días hábiles distintos por la primera cadena de televisión; en espacios comprendidos entre las nueve y media y las diez p. m., en el orden en que para cada mes se establezca mediante sorteo realizado por el Director del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión, en presencia de delegados de cada uno de los candidatos.
