Las normas referentes al tramite de la licencia de exploración y de los contratos de concesión contemplados en este Decreto y en el Decreto 1275 de 1970, se aplicarán a las situaciones no reguladas en el presente Capítulo, siempre que no sean incompatibles con la naturaleza del sistema de permiso.
