Article 57

Cuando Se Presente Una Vacante, Los Gerentes De Los Fondos Rotatorios, Pueden Llenarla, Especialmente Con El Empleado Del Cargo Inmediatamente Inferior, Si Cumple Las Siguientes Condiciones: A) Que Acredite Un Año Mínimo De Servicio En El Cargo; B) Que Acredite Buena Conducta Y Eficiente Trabajo Durante El Tiempo Anterior De Servicios, De Acuerdo Con Su Hoja De Vida; C) Idoneidad Para El Desempeño Del Nuevo Cargo, Y D) Aptitud Física De Acuerdo Con Los Reglamentos De Sanidad

º. Cuando se presente una vacante, los Gerentes de los Fondos Rotatorios, pueden llenarla, especialmente con el empleado del cargo inmediatamente inferior, si cumple las siguientes condiciones

Que acredite un año mínimo de servicio en el cargo;

Que acredite buena conducta y eficiente trabajo durante el tiempo anterior de servicios, de acuerdo con su hoja de vida;

Idoneidad para el desempeño del nuevo cargo, y

Aptitud física de acuerdo con los Reglamentos de Sanidad. CAPITULO IV Retiros.
