Cada mes, en vista de los cuadros de conducta de la respectiva Banda, oídos los informes del Director de ésta, y á juicio del Comandante General Divisionario, se concederán á los seis músicos de ella, que hayan sobresalido en el ejercicio de nobles prendas morales y distinguidos por el aprovechamiento en el arte, premios equivalentes á la cuarta parte mensual del sueldo que disfruten.
