Está prohibido el reenvase de sustancias inmunobiológicas, sueros, vacunas, antitoxinas plasma y demás productos de esta índole, liofilizados o no estos productos deben importarse, fabricarse y venderse en envases definitivos.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio, previo concepto favorable del Instituto Nacional de Salud, podrá autorizar el reenvase de alguno o algunos de los productos a que se refiere este artículo cuando el interesado demuestre su capacidad técnica e instalaciones adecuadas para hacerlo.
